Job summary

CKS Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Blow Molding Machine Operator in Kansas City, MO to set up and operate blow mold equipment. You will adjust weights, color distribution, cycle times and respond to alarms to meet product specs, while recording daily production and quality data.

You will coordinate process operations to ensure efficiency and maintain a clean work area. The role requires mechanical experience, the ability to read logs and procedures, and the willingness to learn new layouts.

Qualifications

• Experience with blow molding or extrusion molding is a plus.
• Ability to read logs and procedures for process updates.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and keep a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Adjust weights, color distribution, and cycle times to meet product specs.
• Retrieve PLC information, evaluate and make adjustments.
• Control and adjust machine settings and respond to alarms.
