Job summary

Cannonball Recruiting LLC is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for a plastics packaging company in New Berlin, WI. You will set up and operate blow-molding equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to meet customer specifications.

Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in blow molding, basic computer/iPad skills, and the ability to supply their own basic tools.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; must be 18+.
• 1+ years of blow molding equipment setup, troubleshooting, and operation.
• Basic computer/iPad skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to supply own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blow-molding machines.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machinery as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Adhere to customer specifications and work safely.
• Comply with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations.
