Job summary

BuzzBallz in Carrollton, Texas, is seeking a Plastics Lead to run the day-to-day Plastics department, guiding a shift team to meet safety, quality, and production goals while driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has hands-on blow molding expertise and strong leadership to troubleshoot equipment, reduce downtime, and coach technicians on SOPs and GMPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of blow molding experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or CPG environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for blow molding equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Plastics team to meet safety, production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting for blow molding equipment.
• Conduct start-up meetings and daily management activities.
• Ensure production and safety documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Production, and Warehouse to resolve issues.
• Coach and develop Plastics Technicians on SOPs and GMPs.
