Job summary

Join our team at Revlon in Oxford, North Carolina as a Blow Mold Technician. You’ll set up and maintain blow molding equipment, ensure color changes are flawless, and keep machines running smoothly to deliver high-quality products.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, precise measurements, and strict safety. You’ll work 7:00am to 3:30pm, with overtime as needed, contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to properly use micrometers, scales and calipers.
• Must pass Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test and meet timing model requirements.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Change tooling and molds and set up cycle times to standard.
• Configure and monitor bottle programs on modules.
• Set up blenders and perform complete color changes as needed.
• Maintain quality production standards across 4–5 machines with checks.
• Take accurate measurements to keep processes within spec.
• Complete written checklists and process documentation accurately.
• Adjust equipment, clear jams, and clean machines and tooling.
• Monitor resin transfer through production steps and troubleshoot.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and maintain efficiency.
• Take on temporary shift assignments and overtime as needed.
