Altium Packaging in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Blow-Mold Operator to run blow-mold machines and support equipment, ensuring high-quality bottle production while adhering to GMP and safety standards. You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and document repairs and daily production metrics.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (AS degree preferred) and 1–3 years of related experience. 12hr-A Shift, on-site, with potential overtime and training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Formal education or apprenticeship in area of specialty.
• 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold machines and equipment to ensure quality production.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Adhere to GMP, safety, and quality standards on the production line.
• Prepare maintenance requests and document repairs.
• Train blow-mold employees and assist with line efficiencies.
• Document daily production reports including rejects and regrinds.
