Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator in Franklin, MA for 2nd shift to run blow-mold/PET/injection molding lines. You will operate machinery, perform minor repairs, and monitor quality and safety in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining GMPs, documenting daily production reports, and assisting with maintenance requests. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Blow mold experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Perform minor maintenance and routine inspections to keep lines running.
• Record production data and report rejects or quality issues.
• Follow GMPs and safety policies; maintain clean, organized work area.
• Assist with setup and changeovers as needed.
• Escalate bottle abnormalities and quality issues promptly.
