Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold/PET/injection molding lines in Franklin, MA. The role emphasizes maintaining safe practices, quality checks, and basic preventive maintenance.

You’ll follow GMPs, work with a team, perform inspections, and document production activities while contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment. Experience with mold changes and troubleshooting is required, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Adhere to quality control and to blow mold process procedure.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repair on blow-mold and support equipment.
• Immediately escalates all bottle abnormalities, defects and quality issues when found.
• Prepare daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and other.
