Job summary

Altium Packaging in Berwick, PA, is seeking a Machine Operator to operate blow-mold, PET and injection molding machines, grinders and conveyors. You will troubleshoot process problems, perform minor maintenance, and ensure compliance with GMP.

Responsibilities include following safety policies, completing daily production reports, conducting bottle inspections, and assisting with basic preventive maintenance and line changes. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance.
• Follow GMP and safety policies; wear PPE and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare and document production reports and quality checks.
• Inspect bottles and ensure packaging labeling meets specs.
• Escalate defects and perform line changes as required.
