Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Blow Mold Operator in Leominster, MA to set up, operate, and monitor extrusion blow molding machines on the 1st or 2nd shift. You’ll produce high-quality plastic parts and perform frequent changeovers with an emphasis on efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities include quality inspections, minor troubleshooting, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with maintenance and production teams. This permanent, on-site role offers overtime, strong benefits, and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating blow molding or similar plastic manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with extrusion blow molding is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Able to read production schedules and quality documentation.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 10–12 hrs.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

• Load raw materials and ensure proper resin handling procedures are followed.
• Complete production documentation, quality checks, and downtime reporting accurately.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency and minimize scrap.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience operating blow molding, injection molding, or other plastic manufacturing equipment preferred
• Experience with extrusion blow molding equipment is highly preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and troubleshoot basic equipment issuesStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and quality documentation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout a 10-12 hour shift
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as production demands require
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
