Job summary

Pretium Packaging in Illinois is seeking a production operator to start up and monitor plastic molding lines on the production floor. You will confirm machine set points, bring lines online, inspect parts, and document production and quality data.

You’ll perform minor maintenance, purge operations, and ensure materials and labels match part numbers for each run. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and experience with plastic molding machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with plastic molding machinery preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Start up production machines and verify set points.
• Monitor operations, clean filters, perform minor maintenance.
• Confirm materials, sleeves, boxes, and labels by part number.
• Record production and quality data; document issues and solutions.
• Support and train Operator Technicians; uphold safety standards.
• Provide coverage for breaks and related duties.
