The Blood Connection in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Divisional Director to provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to department Directors and Managers. You will oversee departments and drive performance to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, training, regulatory compliance, and coordination across Blood Donor Recruitment, Blood Collection, and Manufacturing to support patient care and community health in the region.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five years in a technical or lab setting with at least 5 years of progressive management.
• Background in blood banking or other regulated biologics facilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Motivated to stay current with blood bank technology.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate across levels in a diverse environment.

Mansioni

• Lead and guide department Directors and Managers.
• Oversee Blood Donor Recruitment System and Blood Collection System operations.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and department effectiveness.
• Develop training plans and competency assessments for staff.
