Job summary

OneBlood in Orlando, FL is seeking a dedicated candidate for manufacturing and distribution of whole blood and components in compliance with SOPs. This full-time role requires an 8-hour shift between 2:00pm and 2:00am, with training Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm for 3–4 weeks.

Weekend availability may apply with differential pay. Responsibilities include manufacturing, storage and distribution of blood products, data entry for component production and labeling, equipment QC, and ensuring accurate

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; prior laboratory, blood bank manufacturing or logistics experience preferred.
• No certificates/licenses required for this role.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities align with structured work in a blood product environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures, stores and distributes blood and blood products.
• Performs data entry for component production, labeling, storage and shipping.
• Operates, maintains and performs quality control checks on equipment.
• Ensures proper labeling and release of products.
• Performs quarantine and disposition of unacceptable products.
• Maintains adequate inventory of required supplies.
• Prepares and submits quality control samples for testing.
