Qualifications

• 5+ years in Transfusion Medicine and Blood Donor Center.
• Scheduling and training experience.
• General knowledge of clinical lab phlebotomy.
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Blood Donor Center operations and staff.
• Oversee phlebotomists, mobile driver, RNs, and recruitment team.
• Collaborate with marketing to boost hospital collections.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and budgetary HR tasks.
• Participate in hospital and department meetings.
