Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills.
• A current, valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Set the Stage - Transport and set up equipment for mobile blood drives.
• Connect with Donors - Welcome donors and help them feel comfortable and valued.
• Build Real Skills - Perform safe, high‑quality blood collections after training in phlebotomy techniques.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance - Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements to meet quality standards.
• Pack Up with Purpose - Leave each site knowing the blood collected today could reach a patient soon.
