Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record; reliable transportation may be required.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage: transport and set up equipment to turn spaces into donation centers.
• Connect with donors: welcome donors, listen to their stories, make them feel comfortable.
• Build real skills: perform safe, high-quality blood collections after training.
• Ensure safety & compliance: follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Pack up with purpose: load and teardown after each site visit.
