Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long hours; minimum height of 60 inches may be needed for vehicle operation.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office required.

• Engage donors and share how donation helps patients.
• Create a welcoming environment for donors to encourage return visits.
• Ensure blood collection meets goals and regulatory requirements; assist with setup/teardown of equipment.
