Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a part-time Client Delivery Representative based in Urbana, IL. This role covers delivering blood products to hospital clients and other ImpactLife locations, with an on-call shift and a 20+ hour work week.

Typical schedule includes Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m., plus an on-call shift Mondays 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Reporting within 20 minutes of a call is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have REAL ID.
• Must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles.
• Physical requirements include the ability to sit for long periods and to perform recurrent exertion (reaching, bending, walking, pushing).
• Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver blood products to hospital clients and perform on-demand or on-call deliveries.
• Prepare for deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner.
• Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with customers.

Our Client Delivery Representatives are responsible for the delivery of life-saving blood products to our hospital clients as well as emergency deliveries and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.

This is a Part Time/20+ position working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. with an on-call shift Mondays 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Must be able to report office within 20 mins of receiving the call.
