Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Client Delivery Representatives. This full-time role delivers lifesaving blood products to hospital partners, handles emergency and restocking deliveries, and trains on alternate shifts as needed.

Typical hours are 3 pm to 10 pm, 4–5 days a week with every other weekend rotation. You’ll earn industry-leading pay with shift premiums, paid training, and opportunities for advancement while making a tangible difference in the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid class E driver's license.
• Must have REAL ID.
• Must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles.
• Physical requirements include the ability to sit for long periods and to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner.
• Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with customers.

Our Client Delivery Representatives are responsible for the delivery of life-saving blood products to our hospital clients as well as emergency deliveries and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.

This is a full-time status working between 30 to 39 hours a week position working 3 pm to 10 pm 4 to 5 days a week with every other weekend rotation. Would require you to train on alternative shifts 1 week.
