ImpactLife in Ottumwa, IA is seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Client Delivery Representatives. This PRN role delivers life-saving blood products to hospital clients, handles on-call duties, and restocks locations with prompt, friendly service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, REAL ID, and the ability to operate Blood Center vehicles. On-call rotations require reporting within 20 minutes.

Our Client Delivery Representatives are responsible for the delivery of life-saving blood products to our hospital clients as well as emergency deliveries and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.

This is a PRN position working 1-2 Days during the week (2-3 hours weekly) with on call Wednesday and a weekend on call rotation. A great job if you enjoy driving and having to work a couple days during the week. On-Call requirements would require you to report to the office within 20 mins.

Client Delivery Responsibilities include:

• Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles to ensure prompt delivery to customers
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner
• Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with customers

What does it take to change the world?

• Physical requirements include the ability to sit for long periods of time and maintaining reoccurring physical exertion, such as reaching, bending, walking, and pushing
• Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds
