Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Donor Services Phlebotomy team as Collection Specialists. You will perform donor registrations, screenings, physicals, phlebotomy and provide compassionate donor care during the donation process.

This is a Full Time/30+ position working 30–39 hours per week with varied days, evenings, and weekends. A valid driver’s license and the ability to train away from home for up to two weeks may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to interact with the public in a professional manner.
• Stable work history and reliability.
• Understanding of standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
• May require training away from home for up to two weeks.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, our Collection Specialists conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as well as provide donor care during the donation process.
