Job Description:

Position supports our Fixed Site operations.

Candidate must reside in Monmouth or North Ocean County, New Jersey.

We provide Paid-Training - no prior medical experience required. Prior phlebotomy experience preferred.

Job Overview:

Utilize your leadership, healthcare, and customer service skills to support our fixed site teams. As a team lead/charge, you will coach, mentor, and serve as a resource for blood collection staff while performing blood collection duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team and ensure excellent customer service
• Model professionalism and compassion as an ambassador
• Work as a lead/charge and conduct phlebotomy
• Work independently, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards

Standard Schedule:

(Tinton Falls, New Jersey)

• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
• Variable hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedule provided 2-3 weeks in advance.

Pay Rate:

Starting at $24.38/hour.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year leadership experience involving public interaction
• Phlebotomy experience
• Customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (may be required)
• LPN or equivalent experience
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for long periods
• Basic computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.)
• Leadership experience in healthcare settings
