Job summary

You will work as part of a team with a variable schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver's license and strong customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Take time to personally connect with donors and explain the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to set up and tear down equipment at donation sites.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles to transport equipment and donors.
• Ensure collected blood meets regulatory and safety requirements.
