American Red Cross in Jonesboro is seeking individuals to join a team that supports lifesaving blood donations. You will participate in the blood collection process, preparing equipment, assisting donors, and ensuring a welcoming environment while following safety procedures.

Paid phlebotomy training is provided, and the role offers growth within the organization. A variable schedule includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and handle long shifts is required.

Responsabilités

• Take the time to personally connect with donors and explain the donation impact.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure blood collection meets regulatory requirements.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup and teardown at donation sites.
