Job summary

American Red Cross in Montgomery County, PA seeks a phlebotomy-oriented team member to support blood collection operations. You will transport supplies, engage donors, and help maintain a welcoming site environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive blood collection vehicles to transport supplies, equipment, blood products and staff to and from mobile sites.
• Engage with donors to explain the impact of their donation and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a friendly atmosphere encouraging repeat donor visits.
• Be detail oriented to ensure collected blood meets goals and regulatory requirements.
• Set up and tear down equipment at donation sites.
