The American Red Cross in Chubbuck, Idaho is seeking Blood Collection Staff – Customer Service to support lifesaving blood drives. You will work with volunteer donors, helping them feel welcome and safe, and assist with setting up equipment at donation sites as part of a collaborative team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist donors by explaining the donation process and answering questions.
• Collaborate with team to set up and tear down equipment at donation sites.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and organized environment for donors and volunteers.
• Operate basic computer tasks and Microsoft Office as needed.
