Responsibilities

• Perform high-level MLT/MLS duties and oversee section/shift operations.
• Review quality control records and ensure compliance with accrediting agencies.
• Monitor inventory and participate in cost analysis for department improvements.
• Provide personnel oversight including training, coaching, and competency assessments.
• Serve as liaison and communicate with on-site management and system resources.
