Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy in accordance to SOPs and FDA guidelines.
• Perform Quality Control Procedures in the donor room area.
• Verify high quality blood collection following procedures and avoid errors.
• Take donors' vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature).
• Ask FDA-required questions to ensure donor eligibility and safe processing.
• Ensure hematocrit levels meet FDA standards.
• Assign donors to a product section.
• Answer donors' questions or concerns during the process.
