Job summary

Continental Services Group Inc. is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the Miami blood bank center and its staff. You will manage donor operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of donor service.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in healthcare, strong organizational skills, and be fluent in English (Spanish a plus). The role offers opportunities to lead teams across two centers and advance in a privately held company committed to quality

Qualifications

• Must fluently speak, understand and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage staff.
• Experience in supervisory/managerial roles in a blood bank or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizing staff schedules to ensure center efficiency and manage overtime.
• Reviewing SOPs and processes to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and cGMP.
• Directing staff for safe and efficient workflow in donor operations.
• Monitoring donor assignments to fulfill company orders in a timely manner.
• Interact professionally with donors and staff to ensure a safe, efficient donor experience.
