Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: ASCP, NCA, AMT or HEW required. SBB (ASCP) preferred.
• Experience: Two to four years of recent experience in related field.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: transfusion medicine knowledge, compatibility testing, strong communication, ability to work under pressure.

• Coordinate Blood Bank Department operation under supervision.
• Ensure department meets regulatory requirements and maintains quality control.
• Assist in budget development, staff orientation, competencies, and communication with leadership.
