Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CLS or Biological Science with CLS/MT cert; NAACLS-accredited program or equivalent.
Licensure/certification required within 6 months of graduation (ASCP/AMT/NCA).
Experience with high-complexity testing in blood banking preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs laboratory tests according to established procedures.
Operates and maintains lab equipment; troubleshoots as needed.
Performs quality control and adheres to QA guidelines.
Assists in training lab personnel, students, and residents.
Maintains supplies and inventory; handles specimen collection when required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Biological Science with CLS/MT certification

State licensure or ASCP/NCA/AMT certification (within 6 months of graduation)

Ability to work rotating weekends and on-call shifts
