Qualifikationen

• Certification by a recognized certifying agency preferred (ASCP, ASMT, NCA).

• Performs high/medium/high complexity testing per SOPs with independent judgment.
• Recognizes and corrects instrument malfunctions; records troubleshooting.
• Verifies and reports test results with reasonableness checks.
• Interprets data generated from testing and assists physicians.
• Conducts quality control and participates in CSI/improvement activities.
• Provides orientation and training to new employees/students.
• Prepares and collects specimens for analysis.
• Performs instrument and assay validations and competency assessments.
