You will monitor equipment, manage QC, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure timely, high-quality results and safe, cost-effective lab services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Physical Science with CLIA high-complexity testing qualifications.
• 1–2 years of related laboratory experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, staffing, scheduling, and supply inventory to ensure efficient services.
• Ensure timely, accurate test results in compliance with CAP, CLIA, and Joint Commission standards.
• Manage quality control, proficiency testing, and corrective actions as required.
• Lead and develop laboratory staff through competency assessments, training, and evaluations.
• Monitor equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support financial management by tracking supply usage and reducing waste.
