Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field is required.
• Passing score on the Clinical Laboratory Technology Proficiency examination is required.
• 0–2 years of acute care laboratory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderate and high complexity laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Adheres to quality control procedures and documentation.
• Performs instrument function checks and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoots instrument malfunctions and coordinates with appropriate personnel.
• Supports proficiency testing and data collection for regulatory compliance.
