KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking a California-licensed CLS or Clinical Immunohematologist Scientist with ASCPCertification (SBB/BB/MT/MLT) to lead a high-complexity Blood Bank.

The role requires prior blood bank leadership in hospital or reference lab settings and a strong track record of managing staff, budgets, and processes. The ideal candidate holds MS (preferred) or BS, with extensive transfusion services experience and a commitment to quality controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold California State License as a CLS or Clinical Immunohematologist Scientist.
• MS degree preferred; BS degree required.
• ASCPCertification as SBB, BB, MT or MLT.
• Experience leading Blood Bank, Transfusion Services or reference laboratory.

Responsabilités

• Manage and control all daily laboratory operations, including staff, budget, environment and processes.
• Demonstrated complex blood banking leadership experience in hospital or reference laboratory settings.
