Job summary

Kinsei Talent is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead research, design, and testing infrastructure for a Blockchain Protocol. You will architect automated QA pipelines, design robust testing frameworks, and drive quality across the project.

You will work with Go, DevOps, and cloud tooling, evaluating new approaches with a focus on security, performance, and scalability. Remote-friendly in EST +/-6, with startup pace and impact.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of startup experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Deep understanding of Computer Science and Networking; go beyond using tools.
• +1 year experience in DevOps.
• Experience with Infrastructure, Cloud, Backend, and CI/CD tooling.
• Passion for QA and building testable, scalable systems.
• Interest in blockchain and Web3.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and design of testing frameworks for the Blockchain Protocol.
• Build and maintain automated QA pipelines and testing infrastructure.
• Participate in protocol research, measuring quality and reliability.
• Review code and help team unblock progress; mentor community contributors.
• Engage with community channels, setting a constructive example.
