Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company, is hiring for a Senior QA Engineer to join a global team remote-first. You will own end-to-end quality assurance for a large blockchain-based platform, combining manual testing with building and expanding test automation across backend services and blockchain integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA/SDET roles with manual and automated testing across full SDLC.
• Hands-on testing of blockchain systems, smart contracts, and transaction flows.
• Experience with Go for test automation.
• Experience with EVM testing using Foundry, Hardhat, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to read Solidity or Rust code for smart contract validation.
• Experience with Layer 2 solutions and blockchain protocol testing.
• Experience testing REST APIs and RPC-based interfaces (JSON-RPC, gRPC).
• Experience with Docker-based test environments and debugging containerized services.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establishing quality gates.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure, MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities across blockchain-based applications from requirements to release support.
• Review requirements and docs to identify testing needs and plans.
• Manually test new features and guide test automation efforts.
• Define and improve QA strategies, test plans and quality gates.
• Coordinate QA and engineering responsibilities for testing ownership.
• Work with engineering and product teams to define test coverage and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain automated test suites and frameworks for backend and integration tests.
• Test blockchain integrations, smart contracts, REST APIs, and JSON-RPC endpoints.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor quality gates.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues across distributed systems and blockchain integrations.
• Maintain test documentation and report quality risks and blockers.
• Expand automation coverage and QA practices across projects.
