Job summary

Figure Lending in Hawaii is seeking a driven, customer-service oriented teammate for a CSA role. You will learn Figure’s products and provide product, technical and educational support to potential and existing customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include first-contact advocacy, handling inquiries, educating customers about Figure’s offerings, and ensuring strong brand engagement through multi-channel support. Join a team focused on customer success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited university preferred with 1+ year in a customer-facing role.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license preferred (active within last 5 years in Hawaii).
• Ability to obtain Hawaii MLO licensing within 60 days of hire.
• All external candidates must reside in the state of Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers.
• Handle inquiries via omni-channel communication with exceptional service.
• Educate customers on Figure and our products with knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Promote brand recognition and loyalty through unrivaled support via phone, chat, and email.
• Gather insights and assist in process improvements for Figure’s products and services.
