NPCI is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business requirements into detailed functional specs for blockchain applications, including smart contracts. You will identify high-value use cases, document user stories, and collaborate with QA and development teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in blockchain/Fintech, knowledge of Ethereum/Polkadot, and strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Confluence and JIRA is a plus.

Formación

• 1–3+ years as a Business Analyst in blockchain/Fintech environments.
• Knowledge of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Polkadot) and DLT.
• Ability to translate complex processes into blockchain solutions.
• Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, JIRA) and diagramming tools.
• Strong communication to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into functional specs for smart contracts and blockchain apps.
• Identify and propose blockchain use cases (DeFi, NFTs, L2/ZK rollups).
• Develop and maintain documentation including user stories and process models.
• Facilitate communication between non-technical stakeholders and developers.
• Assess risk and regulatory compliance for smart contracts.
• Support project management with Scrum/Kanban.
