Job summary

Jobtailor invites a Blockchain Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. You will develop and deploy solutions for client projects, analyze options for offerings, and track virtual asset activities including trades and exchanges.

You will work with tools like Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic, and Solidus, applying cryptography knowledge and SQL/Python development to deliver robust blockchain-based solutions. Prior law enforcement experience is a valued asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Minimum one year experience in blockchain analysis and with blockchain analytics tools
• Minimum one year’s experience in technology consulting
• Minimum one year’s experience in cryptography
• Experience in developing applications including SQL and Python
• Analytical mindset and determined work ethic
• Working understanding of crypto exchanges and digital assets
• Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency analysis
• Prior experience in related digital asset development
• Previous experience in law enforcement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Blockchain protocols

Responsibilities

• Development and applications of solutions for projects for clients
• Analysis of options for solutions to be offered to our clients
• Tracking and investigating virtual asset sales, trades, and exchanges
• Design and production of blockchain solutions not limited to a single protocol or asset category
