Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a valve repair technician to perform complete over-haul and testing of isolation (block) valves, including Gate, Globe, Check, Plug and others. Role involves shop and field repairs, reporting to the Operations Manager in Geismar, LA, with 0–30% travel.

Responsibilities include adherence to safety standards, executing repairs per quality procedures, and direct communication with customers while maintaining thorough diagnostic and repair reports.

Qualifications

• Education preferred: high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
• Must have knowledge in repair of Gate, Globe, Check and Plug valves.
• Control Valve Manufacturers Training Courses and/or certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of HART Communicator or other diagnostic analyzer manufacturer required.
• 0 to 30% minimum travel requirement.
