Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking a valve technician to perform complete over-haul and testing of pressure relief valves in shop or field environments. You will troubleshoot, repair, and document testing and repairs to NBIC standards, while communicating with customers and following safety practices.

This role requires 3–5 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and up to 30% travel. Occasional work at multiple sites and close coordination with operations and client personnel will

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Pressure relief valve training and NBIC certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of NBIC codes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Trevitest, EVT, AVK or similar inline test equipment preferred.
• Willingness to travel 0–30%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment per safety standards.
• Perform pressure relief valve repair per NBIC and quality manual.
• Directly communicate with customers.
• Work autonomously in valve repair processes.
• Ensure testing and repair reports comply with quality system and NBIC criteria.
