Job summary

Red Boot Beverage in Des Moines, IA seeks a Blending Manager to lead liquid formulation, blending operations, and tank management on a full-time, on-site basis. You will drive quality, safety, and efficiency across the production line in coordination with engineers, maintenance, and supply chain.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in beverage blending, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, with strong data analysis, GMP/SQF knowledge, and excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, food science, or related field.
• 5+ years in beverage blending, liquid manufacturing, or related environments.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising teams.
• Strong understanding of blending, liquid processing equipment.
• Experience with GMP/SQF and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blending operations and offloading of tanker deliveries.
• Lead tank department, ensuring sanitation, inventory accuracy and maintenance.
• Ensure quality, GMP, SQF, and safety throughout production.
• Develop and implement SOPs for blending and tank ops.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with process engineers, maintenance, and supply chain.
