Job summary

Monroechamber in Franksville, WI is seeking a Blender Operator to blend and package products, load and unload freeze dryers, and monitor basic processes using HMI.

Requires a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months of related experience). GMP knowledge is preferred; strong reading, writing, and math skills are needed. We offer equal opportunity employment and a stable 7:00am–3:30pm shift, Monday to Friday, with a wage of $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

Position Title: Blender Operator

Wage: $20.00 - $23.00/hour

Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Location: Franksville, WI

Blender Operator Responsibilities

• Blend and package products
• Load and unload freeze dryers
• Weigh ingredients, bulks and excipients
• Clean rooms and equipment so they are suitable for production
• Assemble / disassemble mill
• Operate metal detector
• Perform master sanitation tasks associated with the department
• Fill out room logs
• Make corrections on documentation, adhering to GDP
• Follow operating discipline policies, principles, procedures, standards, and practices to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assigned areas
• Monitor and use HMI for basic processes

Requirements for Blender Operator

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge and experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
