Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking an on-site Blending Operator at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. You will load ingredients, operate blending machinery, and support production to hit daily goals. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork while working the 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift.

You will perform sanitation, basic maintenance, and use a forklift to move materials. Prior GMP experience is preferred; willingness to OT and adapt to changing schedules is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Understanding of basic machine operations and settings.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
• GMP and food safety standards preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Load and feed raw ingredients, including 50-pound bags and boxes, into blending equipment.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to maintain performance and product quality.
• Perform sanitation and preventive maintenance on blending equipment and areas.
• Use a forklift to stage raw materials and support production flow.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $24.45 an hour + $0.75 shift differential

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate and support blending equipment to help manufacture food products at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. You will work onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while collaborating with your team to meet daily operational goals.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Load and feed raw ingredients, including 50-pound bags and boxes, into blending equipment in accordance with established recipes and production schedules
• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance and product quality
• Perform sanitation and preventive maintenance tasks on blending equipment and work areas
• Use a forklift to stage raw materials and support production flow
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety standards, and personal protective equipment requirements
• Identify and elevate food safety or operational risks to leadership
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate production updates with team members and leadership

Physical Requirements

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
