Conagra Brands is seeking a sanitation support role at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. You will perform cleaning, sanitation, and basic janitorial duties across production areas and offices, ensuring surfaces remain sanitary and compliant with food safety standards.

The position offers a 4-day work week with overnight shifts and potential overtime. You will work on disassembly/reassembly of equipment for cleaning, follow all safety procedures, and assist production teams to keep areas ready

• Knowledge of sanitation processes and food safety standards preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude to disassemble and reassemble equipment.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, sanitation, and basic janitorial duties across production areas, offices, and common spaces.

• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for proper cleaning.

• Remove waste, dispose of materials correctly, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.

• Document sanitation activities and report any issues to leadership.
• Support production teams by ensuring equipment and areas are ready for operation.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

Job description

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Hourly Rate: $23.45 an hour + $0.75 shift differential

Reporting to the Sanitation Team Leader, you will support sanitation and basic janitorial operations at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. You will work onsite in a manufacturing environment to ensure equipment, production areas, and facility spaces are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to meet safety, quality, and food safety standards. This will be a 4-day work week. Weekend shifts consist of three 12-hour overnight shifts (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and one weekday 12-hour shift. Additional shifts may be added based on business needs.

Physical Requirements More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. Performing consistent repetitive tasks. Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
