Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily blending operations to meet production schedules.
• Train and mentor blending operators; provide daily coaching.
• Ensure safety, PPE usage, and regulatory compliance.
• Review batch documentation for accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure material availability.
