The role requires an associate/technical degree with hands-on leadership experience in manufacturing, blending, or process-driven environments. Proficiency in MS Office and a focus on safety and quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and manufacturing experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, blending, chemical, lubricants, or process-driven environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily blending and production activities to meet operational goals.
• Assign work, monitor workflow, and maintain production and labor records.
• Oversee raw material and fluid inventory utilization to maximize storage and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all blending, testing, and production activities meet established quality standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop production team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.
