Job summary

You will work 12-hour rotating shifts, handle control boards, read instruments, and perform basic calculations while supporting antimony and Cu-bond departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 month related experience in an industrial setting; 1 year experience preferred.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts; forklift operation and basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret MSDS, JSA, and SOPs; understand processes and monitoring points; act to prevent risks.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic processing equipment including shot furnaces, shot dryers, thin layer furnaces, grinding mills and blenders.
• Use automated control boards to monitor and adjust temperature, load, and atmosphere pressure.
• Record weights, perform simple calculations, and collect samples.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in Antimony and Cu-bond departments as needed.
