OFF 1/2 THE YEAR, WORK 1/2 THE YEAR + YOUR PAID VACATION TIME OFF!!!!

No swing shifts! Our 2-2-3 shifts pay up to $31/hr.

Day Shift 6am-6pm Sign on Bonus of $3K-$5K

Basic Job Duties

• Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE requirements.
• Operate machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Use forklift to remove finished materials from the line.
• Identify and respond to production issues such as raw material shortages, out-of-spec materials, and quality concerns.
• Perform quality checks and take corrective actions as needed.
• Adjust machines using basic hand tools.
• Report production data, including downtime.
• Maintain raw material inventory and ensure machines are stocked.

About YOU

• Prior experience operating machinery.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive "can do" attitude.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks.
• Good communication skills and adaptability to work conditions.
• Desire to learn and be challenged.
• Mechanically inclined or willing to learn.
• Value positive teamwork and collaboration.
• Open to training and helping others.
