Mill Haven Foods is hiring a Blending Associate on 1st Shift in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. You will add and mix ingredients, monitor equipment, and collect samples for testing to ensure product quality. The role supports production goals in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year in manufacturing or warehousing. Dairy production experience and supervisory exposure are a plus, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; experience considered.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing or warehousing experience required.
• Experience in a dairy or food production plant preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Add or mix ingredients for processing and follow formulas.
• Clean and maintain equipment and collect samples for lab testing.
• Weigh or measure materials to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Read work orders and record production data; operate and monitor equipment.
